Participant Media Consent

Purpose
Monse-Heart Education LLC may capture photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings during educational programs, workshops, community events, webinars, and other learning activities.
This Media Consent explains how these materials may be used and helps ensure transparency regarding the collection and use of participant images, voices, and likenesses.
Scope of Consent
By providing your consent, you authorize Monse-Heart Education LLC to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your image, voice, or likeness during participation in Monse-Heart educational activities.
Media may be used for purposes including:
- Educational courses and learning materials
- Workshops and training programs
- Community outreach initiatives
- Printed and digital publications
- Presentations and educational resources
- Monse-Heart websites
- Social media channels
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Annual reports and organizational communications
Media may be edited, reproduced, published, distributed, or displayed in print or digital formats to support Monse-Heart’s educational mission.
Duration of Consent
Unless otherwise limited by law or withdrawn as described below, this consent remains valid for media captured during your participation in Monse-Heart programs and activities.
Previously published materials created before a withdrawal request may continue to be used where removal is not reasonably possible.
Compensation
By granting this consent, you acknowledge that:
- Participation is voluntary.
- You will not receive financial compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of your image, voice, or likeness.
- Monse-Heart Education LLC owns the resulting photographs, recordings, and media created as part of its educational activities.
Privacy & Respect
Monse-Heart is committed to using participant media respectfully and responsibly.
Media will not be intentionally used in a misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate manner.
When appropriate, Monse-Heart may avoid identifying participants by full name unless additional permission has been provided or disclosure is otherwise appropriate for the educational activity.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your media consent at any time by submitting a written request to Monse-Heart Education LLC.
Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use of media whenever reasonably possible. It will not require Monse-Heart to remove or recall materials that were published or distributed before the request was received.
Your Acknowledgment
By providing your consent, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Media Consent and agree to the collection and use of your image, voice, and likeness as described in this policy.
