From Ms. Asad, Our Founder

Welcome to Monse-Heart, where education is rooted in purpose, care, and excellence. 

Monse-Heart was born from seven transformative years spent caring for my mother during her battle with respiratory failure. In that season, we experienced firsthand the gaps families face, the uncertainty surrounding major health decisions, and the lack of structured guidance. Those years shaped my understanding of empathy, professionalism, and the impact of informed preparation. They later became the foundation of what is now the Empowered Care Program. 

Empowered Care is built on one core belief: clarity before crisis. When individuals are equipped with structured education in health, emotional resilience, and financial stewardship, they are better prepared to serve, support, and decide with confidence. 

The name Monse-Heart carries deep meaning. “Monse,” a name given to me during my internship in Belize, represents warmth and connection. “Heart” reflects our commitment to dignity, compassion, and responsible service. Together, the name represents our promise to lead with both wisdom and care.
