Those years taught me the true importance of empathy and professionalism in healthcare. Inspired by this experience, Monse-Heart’s mission is to nurture healthcare professionals who not only excel in their skills but also genuinely care for their patients with empathy and professionalism. The name ‘Monse-Heart’ is a tribute to the spirit of care and dedication that has guided my career. ‘Monse,’ a nickname given to me during my internship time in Belize, symbolizes the warmth and connection I strive to foster in the healthcare community.  The ‘Heart’ in our name is a promise – a promise to my mother and to every patient and family touched by our healthcare system. It represents our commitment to training healthcare professionals who not only excel in their skills but also in their ability to care with genuine empathy. Our mission is clear: to educate and inspire healthcare workers to serve from the heart.
