This Affiliate Disclosure & Program Terms (“Agreement”) explains (1) how Monse-Heart Education LLC may earn commissions through affiliate relationships and (2) the terms governing participation in the Monse-Heart Affiliate Program.
This Agreement applies to visitors who use our Website and to individuals or organizations approved to participate in the Monse-Heart Affiliate Program.

6. Purpose
The Monse-Heart Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliate Partners to promote Monse-Heart’s educational programs and resources using a unique referral link.
Affiliate Partners may receive referral-based compensation for qualifying enrollments in accordance with these Program Terms.
Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Monse-Heart Education LLC.
7. Eligibility
The Affiliate Program is open to approved individuals and organizations whose values align with Monse-Heart’s educational mission.
Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Monse-Heart.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
8. Referral Tracking
Each approved Affiliate Partner will receive a unique referral link and access to an Affiliate Dashboard.
The Affiliate Dashboard allows Affiliate Partners to monitor their referrals, qualifying enrollments, earned commissions, and payment history.
Monse-Heart uses an affiliate tracking system to record referral activity. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure referral activity is accurately recorded, Monse-Heart reserves the right to investigate and resolve any discrepancies, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity that may affect referral tracking or commission eligibility.
9. Qualifying Referrals
Referral-based compensation is earned only for qualifying enrollments that are successfully completed through an approved Affiliate Partner’s unique referral link.
Monse-Heart reserves the right to deny or reverse commissions for:
- Refunded purchases
- Canceled enrollments
- Duplicate referrals
- Fraudulent activity
- Violations of these Program Terms
10. Payments
Referral-based compensation is paid monthly by direct deposit, provided the Affiliate Partner has reached the minimum payout threshold of USD $100.
If the minimum payout threshold is not reached during a payment period, eligible commissions will roll over to the next payment cycle until the threshold is met.
Affiliate Partners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes arising from compensation earned through the Affiliate Program.
11. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliate Partners agree to:
- Represent Monse-Heart honestly and professionally.
- Share accurate information about Monse-Heart’s educational programs.
- Comply with all applicable laws and advertising requirements.
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
- Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false statements regarding Monse-Heart or its educational programs.
Affiliate Partners may not:
- Misrepresent Monse-Heart or its services.
- Make guarantees regarding educational outcomes.
- Represent Monse-Heart as providing medical, legal, financial, insurance, or construction advice.
- Engage in spam, deceptive advertising, or fraudulent marketing practices.
12. Intellectual Property
Monse-Heart may provide approved Affiliate Partners with logos, graphics, marketing materials, or other promotional resources.
These materials remain the property of Monse-Heart Education LLC and may be used only for the purpose of promoting approved Monse-Heart educational programs while participating in the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate Partners may not modify or misuse Monse-Heart’s trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.
13. Suspension or Termination
Monse-Heart reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate Partner’s participation in the Affiliate Program at any time if the Affiliate Partner:
- Violates these Program Terms;
- Engages in fraudulent or deceptive conduct;
- Misrepresents Monse-Heart or its programs;
- Uses unauthorized marketing practices; or
- Acts in a manner that may harm Monse-Heart’s reputation or community.
Termination of participation does not automatically entitle an Affiliate Partner to unpaid or disputed commissions.
14. Changes to the Affiliate Program
Monse-Heart may modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program, commission structure, payment procedures, eligibility requirements, or these Program Terms at any time.
Material updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Program Terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monse-Heart Education LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Affiliate Program or the use of our Website.
16. Governing Law
These Affiliate Disclosure & Program Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
