Parental Media Consent

Purpose
Monse-Heart Education LLC may capture photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings during educational programs, workshops, community events, webinars, and other learning activities involving minor participants.
This Media Consent explains how your child’s image, voice, and likeness may be used to support educational, outreach, and organizational communications while respecting participant privacy.
Parent or Legal Guardian Consent
As the parent or legal guardian of a participating minor, you authorize Monse-Heart Education LLC to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your child’s image, voice, or likeness during participation in Monse-Heart educational activities.
This authorization may include your child’s participation in:
- Educational workshops
- Online learning programs
- Community education events
- Webinars
- Presentations
- Outreach activities
- Other Monse-Heart educational programs
How Media May Be Used
Media may be used for purposes including:
- Educational courses and learning materials
- Workshops and training programs
- Community outreach initiatives
- Printed and digital publications
- Presentations and educational resources
- Monse-Heart websites
- Social media channels
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Annual reports and organizational communications
Media may be edited, reproduced, published, distributed, or displayed in print or digital formats in support of Monse-Heart’s educational mission.
Protecting Participant Privacy
Monse-Heart Education LLC is committed to using participant media responsibly and respectfully.
When using media involving minors, Monse-Heart will make reasonable efforts to protect participant privacy. Unless additional permission has been provided or disclosure is appropriate for the educational activity, Monse-Heart will generally avoid identifying minor participants by their full name in conjunction with photographs or videos.
Compensation
By granting this consent, you acknowledge that:
- Participation is voluntary.
- Neither you nor your child will receive financial compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of photographs, recordings, or other media.
- Monse-Heart Education LLC owns the photographs, recordings, and media created as part of its educational activities.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a written request to Monse-Heart Education LLC.
Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use of your child’s media whenever reasonably possible. It will not require Monse-Heart to remove or recall materials that were published or distributed before your request was received.
Parent or Legal Guardian Acknowledgment
By enrolling your child in Monse-Heart educational programs or allowing your child to participate in Monse-Heart activities, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Media Consent.
If you do not wish for your child’s image, voice, or likeness to be captured or used as described in this policy, please notify Monse-Heart Education LLC in writing before your child’s participation whenever reasonably possible.
Monse-Heart will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests during future educational activities. However, we may be unable to remove or recall materials that were published or distributed before receiving your request.
