Monse-Heart Parental Media Consent
As the parent or legal guardian of a minor participant in MonseHeart Healthcare & Safety Tutoring Institute LLC programs, you are providing informed consent for MonseHeart to use your child’s image, voice, and statements as part of our educational and outreach materials.
What This Consent Covers
This agreement grants MonseHeart permission to:
- Film, photograph, or record your child during sessions, webinars, or events
- Capture audio or video that may include your child’s voice, statements, or creative contributions
- Use your child’s first name in educational or promotional materials (when appropriate)
- Include your child’s likeness or quotes in:
- MonseHeart training and instructional media
- Webinars, online courses, or social content
- Public communications (e.g., presentations, newsletters, websites)
- Faithinspired campaigns aligned with our mission
All content may be edited, published, duplicated, or distributed across various formats, including print, digital, video, audio, and web-based platforms.
Duration & Geographic Scope
This consent is global and remains in effect indefinitely, covering any recordings made during your child’s participation in MonseHeart programs — including Healthcare Education, Media Ministry, Finance & Legacy, and Affiliate events.
Opting Out
You may withdraw consent at any time by submitting a written request to MonseHeart. We will honor your decision moving forward, although we may not be able to remove previously published or distributed materials.
Your Responsibility & Agreement
By enrolling your child in MonseHeart programs or using our services on their behalf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Media Consent.
If you wish to decline or revoke this consent at any point, you may do so by submitting a written request. We will adjust our practices accordingly. Your continued engagement signifies your acceptance of this policy and any future updates.
