Monse-Heart Participant Media Consent
As a participant in MonseHeart Healthcare & Safety Tutoring Institute LLC programs, you grant MonseHeart permission to capture and use your image (photo or video) and voice (audio or video recordings) as part of our educational and promotional content.
Scope of Use
Your media may be:
- Included in MonseHeart presentations and training
- Used in virtual courses, workshops, or tutorials
- Published on our websites, webinars, or social media channels
- Featured in internal or public-facing educational materials
This consent applies globally and remains valid indefinitely for any recordings captured during your participation in MonseHeart programs and services, including Healthcare Education, Media Ministry, and Finance & Legacy initiatives.
Rights & Compensation
By granting this consent, you:
- Waive any right to inspect, approve, or edit the final media content
- Waive any claim to royalties, payments, or future compensation related to the use of your image, likeness, or voice
- Acknowledge that MonseHeart may edit, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the material without limitation for faith-aligned, educational, or informational purposes
Opting Out
This media consent remains in effect unless and until you submit a written request to revoke permission. MonseHeart will honor any such request moving forward, though we cannot retract previously published material.
Your Agreement
Your continued participation in MonseHeart services confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Media Consent. If you do not accept these terms, please notify us in writing prior to engaging in any recorded sessions. You are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically for updates.
