Monse-Heart Participant Code of Conduct

To nurture a respectful, faithcentered, and empowering learning environment, MonseHeart has established this Participant Code of Conduct. These guidelines apply to all of our programs — including Healthcare Education, Media Ministry, Finance & Legacy, and Affiliate Partnerships — and are designed to ensure every participant feels safe, supported, and respected.

Virtual Engagement & Account Setup

  • Participants must use a clear and respectful headshot as their profile photo.
  • Virtual backgrounds should reflect a neutral or professional atmosphere aligned with MonseHeart’s values.
  • MonseHeart staff or Educators may request updates to profile photos or backgrounds if they are deemed inappropriate.
  • Participants are expected to wear attire suitable for a faith-informed learning environment.
  • Each account must be linked to a valid, real-name email address.
  • Login credentials are private and may only be shared with a parent or guardian (for minors).
  • We encourage joining sessions from a quiet, focused space free from distractions.

Responsible Use During Live Sessions

  • Mute microphones when not speaking to minimize background noise.
  • Keep video on during live sessions unless otherwise instructed.
  • Avoid sharing videos or non-essential media during sessions.
  • Use live captions only when necessary to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Remain present and engaged, as though attending in person.

B. Outside Live Sessions

  • Respect communication boundaries and response time.
  • Monitor email and official channels regularly for updates.
  • Peer communication must remain respectful, appropriate, and course-related.

Integrity, Privacy & Data Use

  • Plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized collaboration are strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
  • Do not share course materials, recordings, or internal communications outside the intended audience.
