MonseHeart Educator Code of Conduct

At MonseHeart Healthcare & Safety Tutoring Institute LLC, we hold our educators to high standards to preserve a respectful, effective, and faith-aligned learning environment. This Code outlines our expectations for all educators serving within our institute, whether in-person or online.

1️⃣ Core Character Expectations

Educators are expected to consistently model: 

  • Professionalism and preparedness 
  • Respect, kindness, and compassion 
  • Ethical behavior and high moral standards 
  • Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness 
  • Impartiality and fairness toward all participants 
  • Punctuality and reliability 
  • Commitment to clear communication and progress reporting 

2️⃣ Data Privacy & ELearning Responsibilities

Educators are responsible for: 

  • Guiding participants in using MonseHeart’s LMS and course tools 
  • Protecting participant data and maintaining confidentiality 
  • Responding to participant inquiries in a timely and professional manner 
  • Adapting to diverse schedules and honoring time zone differences 
  • Complying with GDPR and MonseHeart privacy protocols 

3️⃣ Video & InPerson Presentation Standards

To ensure a professional learning experience, educators must: 

  • For online sessions: Maintain stable internet, clear audio, and a professional webcam setup 
  • Use modest, neutral, or branded virtual backgrounds when applicable 
  • For in-person sessions: Present themselves professionally in conference rooms or other meeting spaces 
  • Remove any visible sensitive or private documents from camera or room view 

4️⃣ Learning Etiquette & Communication

Educators are expected to: 

  • Teach and uphold proper conduct in both virtual and in-person environments 
  • Reinforce MonseHeart’s Participant Code of Conduct 
  • Respect participant privacy in all learning settings 
  • Maintain professional boundaries in all communication 
  • Comply with copyright and intellectual property laws 

5️⃣ Professional Dress Code

Educators must reflect MonseHeart’s standards of modesty and professionalism: 

  • Business Attire: Clean, polished, and appropriate for all learning settings 
  • Modest Necklines: No revealing or low-cut tops 
  • No Hats or Head Coverings: Unless medically or religiously necessary and pre-approved 
  • Groomed Hair: Neat hairstyles that are professional and non-distracting 
  • Facial Hair: Beards must be clean-cut and well-maintained 
  • Jewelry: Simple and subtle, not distracting 
  • Makeup: Natural, understated, and professional 

6️⃣ Rescheduling & Cancellations

Educators must notify both participants and MonseHeart staff at least 72 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling, barring emergencies. Timely notice helps us uphold our commitment to quality and respect participants’ schedules.

Educator Agreement & Accountability

By accepting an instructional role at MonseHeart, educators affirm their commitment to uphold this Code of Conduct. Compliance is expected as a condition of service.

Violations may result in corrective actions, including formal warnings, suspension, or dismissal, depending on the nature and severity of the incident. This Code may be updated periodically, and educators are responsible for staying informed of any revisions.

A signed or digital acknowledgment of this Code may be required prior to assignment in any MonseHeart program.
