Occupational English Test (OET) for Doctors: Online Test Preparation at Monse-Heart Institute
[FREE LEVEL TEST AVAILABLE – Visit our homepage to access a free English proficiency test. This course requires a minimum proficiency of B1 Intermediate level English.]
All OET classes are on a 10-week cycle. However, the classes are designed with no fixed
starting point, which means that students can join any week during the cycle.
The Occupational English Test (OET) Medicine, specifically tailored for physicians, stands as the only international English language test designed exclusively for medical professionals. Physicians can opt to take the OET either at home or at designated test venues. It evaluates the English proficiency essential for licensing and practicing in English-speaking countries. Notably, the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) utilizes OET Medicine to assess International Medical Graduates’ (IMGs) English skills for practicing in the United States. To achieve ECFMG certification, IMGs must score at least 350 (Grade B) across all OET components.
