Monse-Heart Affiliate Program

Effective Date: December 12th, 2024

1. Overview
   Welcome to the Monse-Heart Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Monse-Heart Healthcare & Safety Tutoring Institute LLC (“Monse-Heart,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your role in promoting Monse-Heart’s educational programs and earning commissions.


2. Enrollment and Eligibility
   1. Eligibility Requirements
      You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
      Your participation must comply with all applicable laws, including federal, state, and local regulations.
      Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration, including tax and payment details if required.
   
   
   2. Approval Process
      Your enrollment is subject to Monse-Heart’s review and approval.
      We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.


3. Program Details
   1. Affiliate Link
      Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link (“Affiliate Link”) to share with your audience.
      The Affiliate Link must be used exactly as provided and may not be altered.
   
   
   2. Commission Structure
      Earn 10% commission on eligible purchases made through your Affiliate Link.
      Commissions are applicable only to completed transactions, excluding canceled or refunded purchases.
   
   
   3. Additional Purchases
      Commissions also apply to subsequent purchases made by referred customers through your Affiliate Link.


4. Payment Terms
   1. Minimum Payout Threshold
      Payments are issued once your earnings reach a minimum balance of $100.00 USD.
   
   
   2. Payment Methods
      Payments are made via your selected method:
      • Wire Transfer
      • International Bank Transfer
      Transaction fees related to payment processing will be deducted from your payout.
   
   
   3. Payment Schedule
      Payouts are processed monthly, with commissions for the preceding month paid within 15 business days of the following month.
   
   
   4. Tax Compliance
      Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate tax information and managing any tax obligations related to their earnings.


5. Affiliate Obligations
   1. Marketing Practices
      You agree to promote Monse-Heart’s programs responsibly and align with our brand values.
      Misleading or false claims about Monse-Heart’s programs are strictly prohibited.
   
   
   2. Prohibited Activities
      Affiliates may not:
      • Engage in spamming or unsolicited communications.
      • Use paid advertisements to promote their Affiliate Link.
      • Misrepresent themselves as Monse-Heart or act on our behalf.
      • Share Affiliate Links in contexts that could damage Monse-Heart’s reputation, including illegal or unethical platforms.
   
   
   3. Compliance Monitoring
      Monse-Heart reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with these terms.


6. Termination
   1. Termination by Affiliate
      You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Monse-Heart.
   
   
   2. Termination by Monse-Heart
      Monse-Heart may terminate your participation immediately if:
      • You violate these Terms and Conditions.
      • Your actions harm or could harm Monse-Heart’s reputation.
      • Fraudulent or unethical activity is detected in connection with your Affiliate Link.
   
   
   3. Effect of Termination
      Upon termination, any unpaid earnings below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited, and access to your Affiliate Dashboard will be revoked.


7. Intellectual Property
   Monse-Heart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use its trademarks and branding materials solely for promotional purposes within the Program.
   Unauthorized use of Monse-Heart’s intellectual property is prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability
   Monse-Heart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.


9. Modifications
   Monse-Heart reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


10. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
